L Street Pathway to Transit Bicycle & Pedestrian Improvements, Phase 1 - PW 234-15
A. Work to be Performed: The work shall consist of improving multimodal com1ectivity and pedestrian safety along L Street by constructing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveways and curb ramps, minor median island modifications, pavement micro-surfacing, and installing pedestrian safety flashing beacons at various locations. The project will also include re-striping to provide a Class II bike lane on L Street from 10th Street to the Antioch Marina circle and a Class III bike route from Lemontree Way to Sycamore Drive.

The estimated cost of construction is $1,700,000.
A prebid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., February 11, 2025, at the City Council Chambers located at 200 "H" Street Antioch, California 94509. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements. BIDDER'S ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING WILL BE MANDATORY.
